Chuck Todd of NBC reports that Gabriel Guerra-Mondragon, former ambassador to Chile, has informed the Senator Clinton that he is leaving her campaign to join the Obama campaign. Next week, Senator Obama will make a formal announcement about Guerra-Mondragon’s role on his national finance committee.
