That was very gracious of him. I thought he didn’t wear lapel flags because he was opposed to them, but I see I was wrong.
Actually, I just watched a video of him saying he refused to wear a flag pin, but I guess he changed his mind.
Okay, that’s cool! It was the sentiment which the lapel flag was given and the respect he has for the honorable veteran – clearly understood.
